Delete your DEGUSON account

We are sorry to see you go. You can also delete your account from inside the DEGUSON app under Settings → Delete account.

What happens when you delete your account

  • •Your name, email, phone, profile photo, date of birth, and gender are removed from our active systems within 30 days.
  • •You are signed out of all your devices and all access tokens are revoked.
  • •Surveys and ratings you submitted remain in our anonymized research data without identifying you.
  • •Pending tasting reservations are cancelled.
  • •This action cannot be undone.

Use the email you used to sign in (Apple or Google).

We will email you a link to finish the deletion. The link is valid for 24 hours.
