Products are available at participating shops, restaurants, and tasting points. You select a product from the catalog, visit the nearest location, and scan a QR code to start your tasting.
The survey timer starts when you scan the QR code at the tasting location. The exact timeframe depends on the product type, but you always have enough time to taste thoroughly.
You need to complete your current survey before you can pick up a new product. This ensures you give each product your full attention.
The platform is available in Latvian, English, and Russian, with more languages planned for the future.
